At the Paragon Hotel, the culinary experience is nothing short of exceptional. Known for serving Mudgee’s best pub food, the Bushman’s Table is where tradition meets innovation on the plate. Guests can indulge in a delectable mix of classic pub fare and sophisticated specials, with standout dishes like the Locals Bangers with gravy and the sumptuous local crumbed cutlets.
My favourite was the “special” – Miso Grilled Salmon with a mango sauce. Delicious.
